What we collect

• When you request an appointment: first name, last name, e-mail, phone, city, wedding date and your message.
• When you use the contact form: name, e-mail, subject and message.
• When you create an account or place an order: first name, last name, e-mail, phone, delivery address and your order details.
• When you subscribe to the newsletter: only your e-mail address.

Credit or debit card details are not stored on our website.

Why we use it

To arrange your appointment, answer your messages, process your order and, if you have asked for it, send you our newsletter. We do not use your data for any other purpose.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed for the purpose you gave it to us, and for as long as the law requires (e.g. order invoices). Your newsletter e-mail is deleted as soon as you ask us to remove it.

Who we share it with

We never sell or rent your data. We share it only where necessary to operate (our website hosting provider, the courier company that delivers your order) or when the law requires it.

Cookies

We use the essential cookies needed for the website to work properly (login, cart, language, currency). You can delete or block them in your browser settings.

Your rights
